HARVARD SUMMER MIXER & ANNUAL MEETING
Please join us on Sunday, June 28, 2026, for our Harvard Chicago Alumni Summer Mixer & Annual Meeting.
This year, our summer mixer will be at Valley Lodge Tavern, a cozy setting to celebrate our local community, thank our active members, vote on new club leadership, and welcome our newly admitted students, parents, and recent graduates to the club.
The tavern layout is comfortably arranged for us to casually gather, catch up over drinks and dinner, and conduct our brief annual voting period to approve the upcoming club leadership slate.

Skip the traffic and hop on the unofficial HCC party train! Valley Lodge Tavern is conveniently accessible via a 30-min or less Metra ride and sitting just a short 5-minute walk from the Wilmette Metra station.

Arrives at Wilmette: 5:04 PM
The Plan: Step off the train at 5:04 PM, take the quick 5-minute stroll down Central Ave, and walk right into the event.
Stay Updated: When purchasing your ticket, check the box indicating you're interested in taking the HCC Metra Party Train. You will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group to receive live updates on which train car everyone is gathering in closer towards the event date.

Every registration package tier includes appetizers, dinner, and something to drink. Attendees are always welcome to make additional purchases on their own tab outside of the included packages.

HCC Patron Level Ticket: $97.00 (Includes the Full Experience plus a $20 donation towards supporting HCC recent grads and club volunteer programming)
2. Non-Member Alumni (Standalone Tickets)
