Harvard New Parents Hangout and Exchange

A gathering for Harvard-affiliated young parents in Chicago

Join the Harvard Club of Chicago, the Alumnae Network for Harvard Women, and the GSD Chicago Alumni community for an evening designed to bring young parents together in a more personal, grounded, and meaningful way.

This gathering is part community meetup, part casual exchange. We invite attendees to bring 1-3 gently used children’s items their family no longer needs, whether books, toys, clothes, or small baby essentials, to exchange with fellow parents in the group.

More than anything, this evening is about creating space for connection: conversations about parenting in and around Chicago, building community, sharing recommendations, navigating the highs and lows, and getting to know other families who may be in a similar stage of life.

This gathering is intended as an adults-only evening for parents to connect, unwind, and enjoy conversation together.
