HARVARD CONNECTION: Rebecca Chamian Ribaudo '93, Crossing Division Street—Book Launch Luncheon
Longtime HCC board member, former HAA Elected Director, and author Rebecca Chamian Ribaudo (AB ’93) will be discussing her forthcoming novel, Crossing Division Street,in a luncheon on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 with HCC and the Union League Club of Chicago. The book will be released by Skyhorse on 9/29/26.
Described as a “sweeping tour de force” by former ACLU president and Harvard alum Nadine Strossen (JD ’75, AB ‘72) and by esteemed Harvard Law School professor Randall Kennedy as “a revelatory venture” by “a skillful, creative, and intrepid literary adventurer,” Crossing Division Street is an epic, 100-year family saga of identity, loyalty, betrayal, and inheritance set in Chicago’s Little Sicily and Cabrini-Green.
For more information, visit the Crossing Division Street website. Pre-orders are available now, and books will also be available for purchase (and book signing) at the event from Sandmeyer’s Bookshop, supporting a local bookstore.
